Perform technical analysis associated with the assigned task area for problems with specific objectives and requiring investigation of a limited number of variables
Exercise judgment as required on task details and in making recommendations on technical alternatives, component design or selection, and/or adaptation to meet assigned requirements
Perform duties under supervision of senior engineer(s)
Follow and execute test plans, record the results
Perform co-site analyses for multiple radio frequency (RF) antennas on a mobile platform – e.g., aircraft, ground vehicle, etc.
Define requirements for and support RF characterization of a mobile platform with multiple transmit and receive antennas
Other duties as assigned
RequirementsEducation/Training (both required and desired):
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program required
Experience:
2+ years of professional experience in the required task area
Familiarity with application of electrical engineering principles
Experience with performing co-site analyses for multiple radio frequency (RF) antennas on a mobile platform – e.g., aircraft, ground vehicle, etc.
Understanding of requirements for RF characterization of antennas
Experience with RF characterization testing desired
Security:
Must be a US citizen
Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required
