Job Description

  • Create and manage consulting programs and initiatives to promoteprocess improvement, improved client relationships, customersuccess as well as to expand product and services offerings.
  • Generate new consulting opportunities by working with product,professional services and sales teams.
  • Mentor product consultants
  • Promotes projects that improve client workflow and efficiency, andincrease Xactware revenue
  • Facilitates communication with other departments to ensureefficient and quality interactions.
  • Partners with Sales to assist with Sales Engineering, and acts as liaison and advocate between clients and Xactware.
  • Assists in setting budget and managing team finances.
  • Travel required when appropriate.
  • May perform some Account Management duties.
  • Completes all responsibilities as outlined on Performance Plan.
  • Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Performs all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years managing Xactware customer relationships or applicable experience
  • 5+ years managing projects, or equivalent work related experience
  • 5+ years working in property insurance claims with Xactware products or equivalent experience
  • BA/BS in business or related technical field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient in Project Management best practices and Lean Six Sigma standards
  • Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines, and work independently to achieve exceptional results
  • Ability to manage and motivate personnel who are direct or non-direct reports
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, root cause analysis, coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well with team members and other departments
  • Exceptional ability to develop new initiatives and programs within the department
  • Exceptional customer service focus and skills
  • Exceptional problem solving, change management, user adoption, analytical and negotiating skills
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, Visio
  • Strong knowledge of property insurance claims workflows, processes, and common KPI’s
