Salesforce Admin/Functional Architect | Lehi, UT

Salary: $135,000 OTE

A rapidly growing and mission driven company, located in Lehi, Utah, currently has an opportunity for a Senior Administrator/Junior Architect position.

I am seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is looking to take the next step in their career, taking on junior functional Architect responsibilities.

Requirements:

4+ years Salesforce experience
Ability to hit the ground running with business requirements
Experience managing/administering a Salesforce instance
Proficiency with field creations, custom logic, declarative development
Experience leading a small team
Salesforce certifications huge plus
Willingness to be on-site 2 days per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Organize and architect newly implemented SFDC instance
Act as primary system administrator
Gather requests for changes to the system and implement changes as appropriate
Upgrade/configure SFDC systems
Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows
Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases
Provide training and support
