- Manage a team of System Administrators and Support Technicians
- Help devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management
- Analyze the business requirements of departments to determine needs
- Procurement and asset management of technological equipment and software
- Assist with user account creation, modification, and termination across multiple applications
- Track additions, systems documentation, disposals and transfers of hardware and software
- Employ best practices to maintain technical facilities to the highest standard
- Ensure the efficient utilization of IT resources
- Analysis of system performance, network and help desk activities to enhance overall service delivery to the business
- Experience managing Enterprise-level technology projects
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
- BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar service and field experience
- 5+ years progressive experience in an IT Management role
- Highly skilled and knowledgeable in Azure Active Directory, Active Directory and Office 365
- Systems configuration, infrastructure, hardware support, and maintenance experience
- Solid understanding of cyber security and cyber security frameworks
- Vendor relationship management
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
- PC hardware and software experience (build, repair, and troubleshooting)
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to work on several tasks at once with frequent interruptions while meeting deadlines
- Able to lift 60 pounds (monitors, computers, printers, servers, boxes), crouch beneath desks, and work on ladders (for wireless system maintenance, etc.)
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
- Some travel may be necessary
- Certifications a plus
