We are currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Deployment Technician to join our client s team onsite in North Salt Lake City, UT. This Technician will go through 2-3 weeks of training and afterwards will be supporting the 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, or 9am-6pm shift. Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
- Perform hardware break / fix, smart hands, IMACD duties
- Load standard company image, add systems upgrades, One Drive, Office 365, and other applications
- New MD device deployment
- Assist with MFA setup for end users
- Assist with app installs (company portal and non-company portal)
- Assist with One Drive setup and sync
- If not MD Capable, setup CVW to end users to enable access to Workday and SAP
- Convert new acquisition managed cell phone to client managed cell phone
- Complete follow-up with migrated users to resolve issues
- Complete other deployment tasks
- Must have previous Windows 10 deployment experience within an enterprise environment
- Must be experienced with installing and troubleshooting MFA applications
- Experience with working in an office and production setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to add multiple profiles on a single device
- Work well with others and independently
