This position will require an active DoD TS-SCI clearance to start.DescriptionIn this role, you will serve as an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) in support of the Air Force Minute Man III and Ground Based Strategic Deterrent projects. Responsibilities will include: Partnering with the Program Manager (PM) and Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to design cyber security into the system and support development of Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authority to Operate (ATO) packages. Working closely with Systems Engineering, IT Architects, and the Cyber Security team in the assessment of cyber security controls, identification of vulnerabilities, development and implementation of mitigation plans, security impact assessments, and documentation of findings. Reviewing architecture and configuration information, performing testing and analysis Reviewing assessments to validate established security requirements, recommending additional security controls and safeguards Supporting the formal testing required by government accrediting authorities and preparing RMF documentation. Assisting in the management of security devices, supporting Red Team, Pen Testing and Table Top assessments to identify threats, risks, and vulnerabilities to the system Assisting in the development of security policies, plans, and procedures to meet government regulations and industry best practices. Assessing gaps in security and identifying solutions to mitigate risk, including business processes, technical controls, and policy improvements Building collaborative internal relationships with program and project teams, as well as external relationships with customers, regulatory bodies, other agencies and business partnersQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar, and 7 years of related work experience (ISC)2 CISSP certification is required; CompTIA CASP and-or Security + certifications are preferred but not required Demonstrated experience with system testing, Red Teaming, Penetration testing, and DoD Cybersecurity processes (DIACAP and-or the Risk Management Framework (RMF) In-depth knowledge of computer networks, components, system protocols, and COTS technology Understanding of the DoD environment and familiarity with government agency reviews and audits is a plus Must be energetic, self-motivated, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with the desire to make a difference This position will require the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writingSecurity Clearance This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret-SCI For full info follow application link.ZENETEX is an equal opportunity-affirmative action employer.
