The Material Handler / Logistics position will be responsible for supporting warehousing operations in our Ogden, UT facility.Major duties including:
- Box / Unbox computer equipment
- Separate computer equipment and components for re-use or disposal
- Assist at loading dock with receiving activities upon freight carrier arrival
- Assist at loading dock with shipping activities for scheduled freight carrier shipments
- Barcode scanning of computer boxes and devices for inventory management
- Perform data upload into Inventory Management system
- Resolve issues and discrepancies with actual inventory and information in Inventory Management system
- Scheduling supplier deliveries by common carrier
- Preparing and shipping returnable containers
- 2-5 years of related experience
- Ability to understand specific task instructions and perform work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with and ability to operate pallet jacks and motorized pallet jack
- Some knowledge of computer devices and ability to distinguish peripheral components
- Responsible, reliable and a Can Do attitude
- High school diploma, some college or university coursework a plus
