Job Description
A Marketing Secretaryinitiates contact with leads from a variety of sources before connecting them with a sales representative. You are responsible for the organization of those leads and any follow-up that is needed to commit them to Edge and our services.
Qualifications
Responsibilties:- First line of contact for new customers
- Gather basic information and qualify leads to connect with inside salesmen
- Manage and handle all leads Edge purchases
- Organize scheduled calls
- Send and respond to text messages and emails
- Consistently follow up with prospective customers
- Assist current customers in getting additional services
- Perform all job duties with exactness and precision
- Proficient typist
- Charismatic and energetic on the phone
- Self-starter
- Works well under stress
- Interacts well with various personality types
- Articulate and poised in interactions with prospects and customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
