Group Sales Coordinator

As the Group Sales Coordinator, you will assist the Group Sales Managers and act as a key liaison between clients and resort departments, ensuring that all arrangements are efficiently secured before the group's arrival.Support Sales Managers by coordinating the pre-conference meeting with the client and resort staff.Prepare and process the contract, send it to the client, and establish a file for office records.Obtain necessary signatures on the contract and distribute copies to all relevant parties.Coordinate billing and payment processes with the client.Collaborate with internal teams to manage all aspects of the group's requirements.Maintain tax-exempt forms and ensure copies are distributed to applicable departments, if required.Handle and process banquet requests through the company’s system.Receive rooming lists and input the information into the resort’s systems.Distribute the group resume to the resort property.Follow up with the resort staff on the day of the group's arrival.Coordinate with the Food & Beverage department for banquet setups.Produce and file a recap report of the group's stay.
