- BA/BS in business, finance, or operations preferred
- 8-10+ years of relevant progressive increase in Sales OPS responsibilities in Enterprise Software SaaS companies, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment
- Solid passion for and understanding of sales processes, business acumen, and methodologies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, experience using Salesforce reporting and analytics highly preferred
- Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally providing supportive data and vital information in an organized, succinct, and relevant manner
- Ability to collaboratively work cross-functionally across all areas of the business and across multiple geographies and time zones
- Experience managing people, including geographically dispersed team members, and successful in cultivating their professional development
- Self-starter, able to establish own priorities, and initiatives, and drive to desired outcomes
- Able to make thorough, well-researched decisions that are compatible with overall goals and priorities; determine the significance of all pros and cons and the likelihood of success; contingencies identified and planned for.
- Strong understanding of multiple channels: Direct and Indirect Sales, Inside Sales, and revenue supporting business functions.
- Works well under the pressure of heavy workload, ambiguity, and time constraints in a player /coach capacity
