This is an opening to work for a Franchisee of Pizza Pie Café, and not for Pizza Pie Café corporate, any of its restaurants or corporate positions.

In addition to this top priority, you will also be responsible for all aspects of running the business – including tracking and analyzing revenue goals, prime costs (food and labor), marketing initiatives, staffing, scheduling, etc. – as well as all aspects of running a successful buffet restaurant – including inventory management, quality control, process refinement, and shift supervision.

General Manager will be expected to work 40-50 hours per week (as needed), with 40 hours dedicated to on-shift management, and the remainder for administrative duties. Since this is a restaurant, we are open holidays, weekends, nights, etc. (though we are closed on Sundays). Applicant MUST be available to respond to emergencies/problems 24/7 when necessary. There is a bonus program built into the salary range to reward the general manager for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual accomplishments.

Required Skills / Experience

· At least 2 years’ work experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager or similar role

· Strong social and interpersonal skills for interacting well with staff and guests

· Positive management skills to encourage staff and still uphold high standards and expectations and the ability to hire, fire, train, encourage, chastise, instruct, support all staff.

· Good financial and money management skills, computer literacy

· Attention to detail, plan and goal oriented, responsible and reliable

· Strong decision-making skills

· Must be at least 18 years old

· High School Diploma or GED required

· Must pass background check and drug tests

· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

· Must be physically able to lift up to 75 lbs., work indoors or outdoors, clean, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $37,000.00 per year
