We are looking for an excited, self motivated, hard working and reliable experienced Design and Showroom professional. Working with clients, you will have the opportunity to design and bid small projects such as a backsplash to full home new construction projects helping to make the home their dream home. You will need to have excellent creative, communication and organizational skills, and ability to follow directions and suggestions from the clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:
Provide superior Customer Service and management to all customers.
Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with every account and customer.
Build brand awareness by developing positive relationships with customers through high-quality service in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Assisting customers with flooring and design selections
Always be a self starter and self motivated in improving and increasing daily projects and goals.
Assist with occasional weekend Sales Projects/Promotions.
Generate new business opportunities through networking and market development.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Including but not limited to the following:
Spanish Speaking is a positive
Able to lift 30 lbs
Independent, self-motivated, and always willing to learn.
Occasional travel may be required.
Must have above average computer skills
