The position is full time (between 35 to 40 hours per week), but we are flexible on when those hours are worked between about 9am and 8pm. Since we are a small, family-owned business, you will have the opportunity to influence purchasing, merchandizing, advertising, and development. We have a very fun management team, and look forward to adding a new member!

Duties include:
Sales! Helping pre-missionaries prepare to serve as well as helping people from the community find modest clothing, comfortable and stylish shoes, temple dresses, etc. If you genuinely love helping people, you'll love this job!
Training and leading sales associates
Advising on purchasing decisions with the owner of the company
Influencing social media and marketing
Incentivizing your girls with really fun sales goals and rewards
Making sure the right inventory gets to your store from our Springville warehouse
Cash handling
In-store logistics
Seasonal decor (Love decorating? Here's your chance to let your creativity shine through in our store and HUGE display windows)
Merchandizing and floor moves. Making sure that displays, racks, etc. tell a story!
In-store customer service
Hiring really great RMs when we have turnover
Scheduling and keeping the store on budget with employee hours
Attending our bi-weekly manager meeting at our Springville headquarters which is one of the funnest and most entertaining meetings you've ever had and we always have really good food!
You get to participate in event planning as well, like our ladies' night events, company parties, etc!
Required:
Must speak, read, and write in English with native or near native ability
Computer skills
Math skills (keeping inventory stocked, balancing the till, scheduling employees, etc)
Fantastic interpersonal skills an outgoing, extroverted "people person"
Minimum 2 years previous retail or equivalent experience.
Must be able to lift 35 lbs
Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time, though we'll outfit you with some fantastically comfortable and stylish shoes!
Returned LDS Missionaries preferred, but not required.
Speaking Spanish or Portuguese is a definite plus.
