Position Summary:
Our real estate company owns and manages some rental properties. We are seeking someone to aid us in the general maintenance of these properties. We also own a popular kids YouTube channel, so we have needs with setting up sets, aids with props, etc. We also have general needs of running errands and aiding in other things that come up in any of our various businesses.
Duties to include:
Real Estate: Helping with maintenance of rental properties (mostly indoor, but some outdoor)
Popular Kids YouTube Channel: Help with building props, set-up of props, etc.
General assistant work: Miscellaneous office or running errands.
Personal assistant to owner of company to do other things as needed.
Maintenance and/or handyman experience desired, but not required.
Part-Time to Full-Time
Wage: $10 to $25 an hour (based on experience)
