Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Manager of Computer Systems Analysis to join our team in defining the future. This position will be located in Roy, UT. The qualified applicant will become part of the Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services support team supporting operations at our Roy, UT location. The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and have the ability to challenge the status quo. This individual will provide innovative solutions that create strategic value to our customers. The successful candidate must be customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Direct supervision/management of a staff of approximately 20 team members.
  • Interact with internal key executives and customers on significant technical matters often requiring coordination between organizations and provide guidance and oversight to the employees to complete key deliverables.
  • The successful candidate must be entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and have the ability to challenge the status quo; this individual will provide innovative solutions that create strategic value to our customers.
  • The successful candidate must be customer-focused with proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree with 11 years of relevant IT experience, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant IT experience, or Master's degree with 7 years of relevant IT experience; a High School diploma/GED and 13 years of relevant IT experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
  • Current DoD Secret (or higher) security clearance, and the ability to maintain that clearance as a condition of continued employment.
  • The ability to be cleared to Special Access Programs within a reasonable period of time as determined by program and/or customer requirements, as a condition of continued employment.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructures and/or IT management experience.
  • Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Previous work experience in a technical environment like IT, Engineering, or program/project management.
  • Work experience in Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) functions related to classified computing environments.
  • General understanding of network topology and operations.
  • Successful management of geographically diverse technical groups servicing multiple customers.
  • Prior experience working on Microsoft Windows Operating Systems server platforms, virtualization, and/or Linux systems.
  • Past experience working technical activities in a classified environment.

Salary Range: $112,700 USD - $169,100 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
