Qualys AdminUtah (Remote)6 month contract possible right to hirePay Range: $35.00 to $45.00 per hourTarget Salary: $75k - $85kJob DescriptionOur client is a looking for a Qualys Admin to add to the team. The individual will be responsible for the identification and prioritization of patches, environments being updated, and scheduled outage / change management. Will also evaluate vendor patches for inclusion in the network environment on a continuous basis. The individual will partner with other IT departments on the execution, maintenance, and improvement of day-to-day patch management and vulnerabilities remediation activities.Required Skills- 3 years' experience using Vulnerability scanning tool Qualys
- 2 years' experience with a patching utility (Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Wireless, ect)
- Patch management and vulnerability remediation, or other security related fields
- Understanding and experience in identifying and patching vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of system testing metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Project Management
- Scripting (Python,Perl, ect)
- Able to effectively work independently and in a team environment, with staff at all levels
