Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a Principal Enterprise Services IT Program Manager (ESPM) in support of NGSP Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Div, with emphasis on the Ground Support Sustainment Contract (GSSC), headquartered in the Roy, UT area, with sites in various locations across the country. The ESPM coordinates all aspects of implementing innovative information technology (IT) solutions that deliver value and enable SDS Division and GSSC program strategic business initiatives. This includes leading IT strategic planning and implementations, as well as day-to-day IT activity across SDS Division with emphasis on the GSSC Program. In addition, the ESPM, in coordination with Enterprise Services service lines, is accountable for the delivery of all services that ES provides, including Service Center Operations, Information Security and Security. As an integral member of the NGSP SDS Division and the GSSC Leadership Team, the Enterprise Services Program Manager (ESPM) is the focal point and ambassador for the ES organization and all services that ES provides. The ESPM works closely with other Functions and Shared Services teams, including Facilities, Physical Security, InfoSec/Cyber Security, Infrastructure Services, IT Operations and Application services, to securely deploy, maintain and optimize IT services that enable SDS Division classified and unclassified operations. The ESPM leads the important roles of IT governance (chairing infrastructure design reviews and change boards), Cost Account Management (financial budgeting and performance management), Business Continuity Planning (developing and testing Information Systems Continuity Plans), Proposal Development (IT solutions design and pricing for new IT statements of work), and Crisis Management planning and incident recovery. Other responsibilities include: Effectively interacting with other members of the IT Solutions leadership team to optimize IT strategies in support of business partner goals and objectives Providing leadership over product, process, application, and technology supporting the business partners to include strategy development, budget and cost management, proposal development, product and service acquisition and delivery, and communication activities Ensuring timely, cost effective delivery and customer satisfaction Coordinating with project teams and resource managers to ensure that requirements are managed, changes are documented, and systems are developed, integrated, tested and deployed, as defined within the business partner's requirements Resolving competing demands related to project scope, schedule, cost, customer satisfaction, and quality Ensures compliance with organizational processes and procedures, and appraising Northrop Grumman management of status, customer satisfaction, and risks that might affect program performance, and managing the human resources to ensure team success. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant professional experience; or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated experience working with matrixed or virtual teams Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills Demonstrated experience in program management, analysis, planning, presentation and human relations' skills are required 25% travel is required Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment/decision-making skills, and business acumen. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience using the following MS Office Suite tools: Word, Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel Experience providing strategic direction regarding IT products, processes, applications, and/or technologies is required Candidates must have a current DOD Secret clearance with an original adjudication date, or a periodic reinvestigation, completed within the last 6 years to be considered Must have the ability to obtain and maintain special program access, as a condition of continued employment Preferred Qualifications: 3 years of experience as a Project Manager with knowledge in cost, budgets, and schedules Possess or ability to obtain a DOD Top Secret level clearance Familiarity with technical solutions, infrastructure implementations, process/project documentation, and/or liaison interfacings for large enterprise organizations Experience in briefing and interfacing with executive leadership (i.e., Sector President, Division Vice Presidents and Directors) Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
