Northrop Grumman Strategic Deterrent Systems Division Engineering has an opening for a Scrum Master to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The selected candidate will be the Chief Scrum Master to multiple Engineering Process development and improvement teams across Systems Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management disciplines, supporting the team members with Agile processes, Jira usage, and metrics definition.

Adhere to Agile methodology to enforce Scrum compliance among the system test teams. Act as an Agile coach to the other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members. Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective, Daily Scrum, Scrum of Scrums, and Backlog Refinement. Ensure that user stories are progressing each day and mitigate roadblocks by working with Product Owners and agile teams. Work with team leads and project managers on schedule, and ensure user stories and sprints align with deadlines. Use Agile tools such as Atlassian Jira to aid in Scrum coordination Aid in providing additional Agile metrics, to support a DevSecOps mindset The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels. Qualifications:

You'll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 0 years' experience. Experience with Agile methodologies (i.e., Scrum) Experience with Atlassian Jira Able to obtain Secret DoD Clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation in the past 5 years Familiarity with Systems Engineering and PLM processes Holds Scrum certification such as Professional Scrum Master (PSM) Experience leading scrum teams Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar scaled agile methodology Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools Experience with implementing Agile metrics (i.e., burndown, velocity)
