It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Commercial Relationship ManagerIn this role, you will:Develop and maintain client relationships for credit products
Ensure overall growth opportunities for customers and understand their business, goals and strategies
Participate in the completion of major transactions
Originate, structure and execute transactions related to investment banking, commercial lending, treasury management and other credit related products
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Perform effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral
Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Partner with existing customers in order to fully understand their businesses, goals, strategies and challenges
Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Commercial Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Required Qualifications, International:Experience in Commercial Relationship Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:Commercial Banking / Middle Market Account relationship management experience
In market business development within the segment
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of commercial or specialty group: lending, underwriting, loan servicing, products, and credit practices
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of negotiating: interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of risk management
Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
