You will plan, design, and gather requirements. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. You must have a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud to qualify for his role. Required Skills:- 5+ years work experience as a Business Analyst
- Bring a solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and components related to customer service
- Understanding of how Customer Service departments work
- Experience in querying Salesforce data for use in business analysis
- Experience with project management
- SQL Development
- Ability to keep cool in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with other teams
