Our Support Engineering department is a talented group of individuals who work closely together in case teams to support the successful adoption of nCino software at our financial institutions. As an Associate Data Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to Financial Institutions who are leveraging the nCino Bank Operating System and our Informatica integration. You will be responsible for triaging any customer reported error messages, questions, daily task configuration changes, and bundle upgrades. You will also be responsible for learning the nCino Bank Operating System, general banking knowledge, becoming a certified Salesforce Administrator, and becoming a certified Informatica Cloud Data Integration Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Integration of business processes across disparate systems by transforming and loading data into nCino platform
  • Load data into a Salesforce platform using an industry leading ETL tool
  • Analyze customer data requirements and provide gap analysis
  • Work closely with customers to understand their data requirements
  • Assist customers through case work by working through mapping changes, error messages, questions, and new environment builds
  • Apply Knowledge Centered Service methodology to capture, structure, reuse and improve articles as part of case management process
  • Document process and procedure to help streamline integration methodology
  • Work closely with nCino Support Engineers to resolve customer data cases
  • Work independently and prioritize time and projects appropriately
  • Think out of the box to come up with solutions to customer issues
  • Focus on continued customer success
  • Drive customer success with a team player attitude

QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Such as Computer Science or Engineering) or a BS in a non-technical discipline plus equivalent experience that shows applied systems knowledge, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and extraordinary performance.
  • Knowledge of data management, SQL, and RDBMS technologies
  • Practical experience with ETL tools and/or data integration products
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated dedication to customer service, customer satisfaction, and quality technical case work
  • Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM experience
  • Knowledge of Informatica or ETL platforms
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified App Builder
  • Certified Informatica Cloud Data Integration Specialist
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/ Information Technology or Related Field
