Your future duties and responsibilities

Required qualifications to be successful in this role Business Intelligence (BI) DeveloperResponsible to design, develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions for the enterprise. Partners with business users, management, and across IT teams to understand, document, and propose business intelligence and reporting solutions. Assist with developing accurate deposit system reports. Support testing and end-user training of our business intelligence, dashboards, and reporting solutions.Responsibilities• Design, develop, document, and test Business Objects (BOBJ) Web reports in a Web Intelligence BI Platform 4.2 patch 8 environment• Build and enhance BOBJ universes for efficiency including organizing fields, building common objects, and filters for reports• Analyze, profile, and map fields to the universe in support of reports and daily report generation• Complete comprehensive unit testing ensuring reports have appropriate content to meet business need• Provide recommendations for best practices and document the selected design standards/decisions around universe size, complexity, filters, and measures in conjunction with the related reports• Recommend appropriate joins, different types of temp tables, how to organize folders & fields, and when to create filters & measure in the universe vs. in a specific report• Participate in scrum ceremonies including daily standups, spring planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and demos• Work independently in a team environment to perform research, complete assignments, and take ownership of issues through resolution• Partner with report customers, analysts, and development team to resolve issues and propose solutions to challenging report needs Qualifications• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field• 4+ years' experience with SAP Business Objects Universe Design/Development• Oracle database experience with joining tables• Extensive unit testing experience• Ability to prototype views to be implemented within the database in support of better report performance• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with both management and employees• Highly motivated with excellent analytical & problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize & manage time effectively• PREFERREDo SQL for data profiling, and strong knowledge for navigating databases and data structures, experience with operational data stores, and enterprise data warehouseso Scrum or agile experience (Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology)o Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO) toolso Some banking knowledge A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $59,000-$105,000
