The Data Integration Specialist works with financial institutions to understand their data requirements and help ensure their data needs are met within the nCino platform. You will work closely with customers and facilitate data extractions from core systems to specified nCino formats.

Responsibilities
  • Provide solution and integration development with Salesforce.com including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment
  • Integration of business processes across disparate systems by transforming and loading data into nCino platform
  • Load data into a Salesforce platform using an industry leading ETL tool
  • Analyze customer data requirements and provide gap analysis
  • Assist with vendors and clients in building data extracts per product requirements
  • Work closely with customers to understand their data requirements
  • Document process and procedure to help streamline integration methodology
  • Work closely with nCino Support to resolve customer data cases
  • Handle multiple projects effectively while continuing to deliver exceptional quality
  • Work independently and prioritize time and projects appropriately
  • Think out of the box to come up with solutions to customer issues
  • Focus on continued customer success
  • Translate customer requirements into implementation plans
  • Drive customer success with a team player attitude

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years' experience with technical implementations of customer projects or combination experience, education, & extraordinary performance
  • Knowledge of data management, SQL, and RDBMS technologies
  • Knowledge of core banking software systems
  • Practical experience with ETL tools and/or data integration products
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills

Desired:
  • Informatica experience
  • Apex, SOQL, XML, JavaScript experience
  • Salesforce.com developer toolkit experience with knowledge in Apex, Controllers and Triggers, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool and Web Services a PLUS
Exposure to Salesforce.com configuration and custom development
