- Hardware setups at desk
- Follow documented process to unbox and set up hardware peripherals (monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations) at the individual desks
- Check workstation is connected to the network and fully functional
- Provide hardware and network desktop support services as required
- Some sanitation will be required (cleaning wipes and sprays provided)
- Clean up work areas and move packaging materials to a centralized area with the building for client's disposal
- Welcome back employees as they return to the workplace
- 1+ years of experience preferred
- Experience troubleshooting hardware network issues
- Supply hardware
- Previous experience with providing hardware fixes
- Worked with headset / phone setups as requested
- Familiarity with printer set ups
- Ability to lift 50lbs and carry hardware devices required
- Strong customer support skills
