Digital Product Analyst Salt Lake City, UT - must reside in SLC metro area Direct Hire Pay Range - $80 K - $90K Job Description: Our client is hiring for a strong Digital Analyst to join their Product Analytics team. In this role you will assist the Product team to drive product adoption and enhance customer experience across the product portfolio. These products include web-based software, applications, and kiosk data. You will be responsible for developing measurement plans and reporting on all aspects of analytics data that will inform the planning, execution, and optimization of the external customer experience across all product platforms. Required Skills:- 3+ years of hands-on analysis experience specifically with web based SaaS
- Excellent skills writing complex SQL Queries
- Ability to create and maintain holistic dashboards and reports by pulling data using Quantum Metrics, Google Analytics, other product analytics tools related to both product behavior and business performance for business stakeholders
- Experience designing customer journey reports
- Data mining, trend analysis, and other appropriate methods.
- Navigate Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience working with product managers
- Experience analyzing kiosk data
- Experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Python, R or SAS. Experience in web analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics will be a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in statistics, mathematics, or economics
