Summary: Meta Reality Labs is looking for an experienced leader for the role of Head of Global Visual Merchandising reporting to the Director of Global Sales Channel Services. The visual merchandising team develops scalable experiential merchandising programs that engage shoppers to drive awareness, trial, and conversion for third party sales channels. This role leads a team of functional managers that design and execute these programs to bring our brand and products to life. The scope of the role is inclusive of physical merchandising, demo & display technologies, and digital merchandising. All work is done through strong partnership with Field Sales, Channel Marketing, Retail Creative, Product Marketing and Product teams. This leader must be able to juggle multiple priorities including organizational design, recruiting and coaching managers and individuals, defining their long term vision, and diving into the work to help the team overcome challenges. Successful employees at Meta lead with influence before title and communicate easily across functions and levels. You will need to be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and changing plans on an ongoing basis.Required Skills: Head of Global Visual Merchandising Responsibilities:Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies that support multiple product categories across global third party sales channels (NA, EMEA, APAC)

Build and optimize system, process, tools and standards that improve visual merchandising program execution efficiency

Ensure that data is at the core of the strategy and execution of visual merchandising programs - using it for decision making and continuous improvement

Ruthlessly prioritize the work of the visual merchandising team around objectives, impact, risks, budget, and resources

Recruit, develop and lead a team of visual merchandising managers and individual contributors that work together with cross functional teams in accomplishing business goals

Work with team leads on defining principles and framework for long term support of their specific workstream functions

Establish and maintain strong partnerships within Channel Services, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Retail Creative, Product, internal and external agencies

Manage the visual merchandising global OpEx budget

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:10+ years of experience in visual merchandising or similar experience in channel marketing role at a technology-based consumer marketing company

Proven knowledge in selling consumer goods online and in brick and mortar

Experience in building systems, frameworks, and processes that scale

Full-time employee management experience

Experience in setting individual and team priorities, tracking achievements, and performance management

History of managing cross-functional relationships between key work partners and stakeholders alike

Experience working in a fast paced environment - should know how to thrive in an often ambiguous environment

Communication and presentation skills - presenting to executives, business partners, and creatives

Time management and organizational skills with proven attention to detail

Internal and external customer service orientation experience

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with creative/production agencies

Experience working with technical teams in building product demos and experiences for customer at brick and mortar retail

In-depth knowledge in how third party retail works across the globe for new product launches and seasonal campaigns/promotions
