Qualifications:
- Must be able to work on a W-2
- Experience with
- Oracle Application Express (APEX) Developer preferred, not required (willing to train the right candidate)
- Databases
- Software design and development in a test-driven environment
- Ability to immediately adapt to the following platforms: Oracle ApEx, full website stack (Windows/Apache/MSSQL/PHP), PL/SQL Proficient with Oracle database, PL/SQL, and PowerShell scripting
- Proficient with Windows administration
- Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. PHP, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. Codeigniter, Subversion)
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies
- PHP and Microsoft SQL Server a plus
- BS/BA in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Work with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications
- Integrate software components and third-party programs
- Verify and deploy programs and systems
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Gather and evaluate user feedback
- Recommend and execute improvements
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
