Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
Present recommendations for resolving business problems
Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

Ability to act as a liaison between the technical design staff and business requester to ensure all requirements are met.
Ability to gather information and create both business and technical requirement documentation.
Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC): all phases and types of testing.
Good facilitation skills to lead discussion that result in consensus and buy in.
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills.
Experience Microsoft Visio experience.
Experience designing, deploying, and supporting enrollment and entitlement tools in the Treasury management Space (tools such as Dynamic Sales Order Form (DSOF), Wholesale Integrated Customer Enrollments (WICE), Treasury Management Legal Wizard (TMLW), Online Forms (OLF), ECS360)
Experience with consulting and implementing Treasury Services products and services
Experience writing user stories preferably in the Gherkin format inclusive of acceptance testing automation
Experience with Agile / Scrum
