As a BOH Team Leader at Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and are the primary leader running the shifts. You are expected to manage labor, breaks, and execute our awesome food. A successful Team Leader must be mature, patient, and professional and growth-minded at all times. In addition to these qualities, you are required to possess a willingness to provide feedback to your Team Members and Management Team, while being confident enough to coach and correct your fellow co-workers. In conclusion, you must lead enthusiastically and passionately with integrity to build and develop a strong team. 1 year of full-service restaurant experience is required.
Responsibilities of Team Leader
The number one goal of a Team Leader is to ensure that each customer is receiving a remarkable experience in a refreshingly clean environment at all times
Regularly motivates and encourages the team
Creates and maintains harmony and restores harmony if ever disrupted
Accepts full responsibility and accountability for the business
Possess the ability to delegate responsibilities and tasks to others
Demonstrates an ability to hold others accountable for their actions
Leads by example.
Must be fully capable of following the opening or closing procedures of the unit and computer applications
Manage one to two key areas of operational importance. These responsibilities lie on top of other operational duties
Fully aware of all visions and goals and be able to report on progress toward their assigned responsibilities
Show steady progress to develop themselves
Certify in safety and security to ensure the safety of the team
Willingness to come in early, stay late, and cover shifts
Mandatory participation in bi-weekly meetings
Mandatory participation in quarterly meetings
Enthusiastically and passionately lead
