Rich's Burgers-N-Grub is looking for kitchen leader with customer service interaction skills
Busy, all scratch kitchen needs cross skilled assistant kitchen manager/leader to manage, lead, train, and motivate lesser skilled and experienced kitchen crew. Experience with comprehensive prep lists, prep-work, grill expertise, flat top, fryer and customer service required. This is a mostly autonomous position and individual must be able to take direction from owner, be self-directed and motivated while insuring standards are met with every plate, every customer, every time. Rotating set schedule.
Must also possess genuine customer service skills. Ability to learn/work POS system as needed and interact with customers, table checks, up selling, relationship building.
Salary or hourly $14-$16 plus tips.( I guarantee a minimum of $2 extra per hour and an average of $3-$8.00 extra per hour. Salary of 43-47K available plus bonus and tips for right individual. Parking garage card, Trax/UTA pass, free shift meals.
