We are currently hiring AM servers, Bussers and Service Bartenders
LUNCH SERVER REQUIREMENTS:
-Must know Aloha & OpenTable
- Open Availabilty and able to work Sundays and lunches
- 21+ years of age
- UTAH Food Handlers and Sips/Tips card
- 1 + years experience in an upscale restaurant environment
- Must be attentive, professional, self-motivated, detail-oriented and enthusiastic
- Must be thoroughly committed to the value of exceeding guests' expectations
- Ability to multi-task and implement teamwork while working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge & passion for food & beverage
- Excellent wine knowledge
- Able to help pick up shifts
BUSSER REQUIREMENTS
-NO LESS THAN 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in a full-service, fast paced dining environment
-Food knowledge and a valid Utah food handler's permit
-Strong organizational skills
-A positive attitude and the ability to keep cool under pressure of a high-stress environment
-Weekend availability
SERVICE BARTENDER REQUIREMENTS
-This is a service bartending position- perfect for those who havent bartended before but would like to gain experience. We do not have a sit down bar to tend.
-NO LESS THAN 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE in a full-service, fast paced dining environment
-Sips/Tips and Utah Food Handlers Permit
-Strong organizational skills
-A positive attitude and the ability to keep cool under pressure of a high-stress environment
-Weekend availability
