Reporting directly to the Management Team, our Team Members contribute to the overall success of the Guest experienceby providing outstanding service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner in accordance with Food First Global Restaurant standards.
Servers with the following Career Experience:
1 to 2 years of high volume, upscale affordable experience;
Achieving goals for sales, cost control and profitability;
Ensuring Guest service standards are consistently met or exceeded;
Creates and contributes to a high-energy environment that promotes maximum engagement and enjoyment for both the Team and the Guest;
Full time employment must be able to work days and nights and Sunday
