The Copper Group, multiple award winning restaurants located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City and Holladay are looking for motivated individuals with a passion for food and hospitality.
We're looking for creative professionals who are dedicated to food quality, setting high standards, helping the executive Chef in creating and designing new dishes, assist in both culinary and administrative tasks while communicating with other line cooks, kitchen managers, and FOH managers. We are seeking passionate and experienced line cooks for full-time Grill, Sauté and GM/pantry positions. Must work well in a fast-paced, team environment. Basic knife skills, and flexible schedule required. A willingness to work nights and weekends are a necessity.
