Landscape maintenance company with a strong presence and reputation in Park City, UT is seeking team members looking to take pride in their work whether it be through creating precise lines in lawns on our mowers or maintaining a beautiful garden and/or beds. Our company possesses a culture of employee camaraderie, strong client relationships, and of passion for the place we work and play… the Wasatch Mountains. Team members will report directly to their manager or crew lead. Flexible schedules available (willing to work with travel, second job, and school schedules). Crew lead positions are available immediately and also attainable within the season. Love where you work and who you work with (or at least like them). Park City is consistently 10-15 degrees cooler than SLC. Morning meetings are in Jeremy Ranch area (just 15 minutes up Parley’s). Come discover Park City’s secret: the summer. Work will continue up until first snow of season which is typically early/mid November.
We will be working w/ smaller crews (2-3 man) and not interacting w/ homeowners until further notice from the authorities on distancing.
Responsibilities
-Arrive on time and ready to work
-Operate equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
-Be trustworthy and hardworking all whilst maintaining a pleasant demeanor
-Team player: willingness to be flexible with tasks and helping other crews complete tasks, creating an exceptional final product
-Identify and take care of the “little things”
-Take initiative to make all systems and tasks smoother/more efficient
-Develop a working knowledge of our area’s horticultural practices and plant life
Qualifications
-Landscape maintenance preferred but not necessary
