Influx Marketing is looking for an experienced and expert web designer.

We are looking to add a designer to our team who is able to uphold the standard and reputation we have built for ourselves.
Must have at least 5 years experience as a professional designer. 8-10+ years experience is ideal. This position requires knowledge and skill beyond just design. You must be a problem solver first, a UX expert second, and a visual designer third. Must have extensive experience taking real-life projects from start to finish and be adept at managing the challenges and difficulties that come with designing around client expectations and requirements. Must have real-world UX experience and the ability to think through the user journey. Must have your finger on the pulse of Web 3.0 and truly understand modern web trends. And by that, we don’t mean the fake designs you see on Dribbble. Must be able to take content that may be lacking or non-optimum and turn it into gold. Must be able to think through and execute complicated content into thoughtful elegant designs that are designed to attract attention, create interest and deliver their message, while also taking into account modern SEO requirements and other technical factors.
We design in Figma. This is a must. Must also have minimum 5 years experience (8-10+ ideal) using Photoshop and Illustrator for real-world projects. Photo retouching skills are a must. Must also have experience and skill with stock photo selection and be able to select photo assets for an entire website to achieve a cohesive look and feel that is on the mark in terms of the client's brand and target audience.

This is a full-time, remote position. As the situation around COVID-19 develops, we will be assessing how to safely utilize office space for periodic team collaboration but it is our aim to remain primarily a distributed company and to continue to give employees the flexibility of working from home.
