About the Role
We are seeking highly detail-oriented Signature Validators to join our in-office team. This position requires exceptional accuracy, focus, and consistency. You will be responsible for reviewing documents, validating signatures, and entering data with precision to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate signatures on submitted documents
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Maintain organized digital records and logs
Use Excel, Google Sheets, and other software tools to track information
Follow established quality control procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors as needed
Work on weekends when required
Qualifications
