Job type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Day shift
Manage a team of technicians, manage production and customer completion expectations. Complete heavy duty collision estimates using industry software. Follow up with customers to ensure estimates are approved by the customer. Communicate to the customer unit completion timelines.
Competencies:
At least two to five years of hands-on collision repair experience including areas like body, paint, estimation, and management
strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and solve problems quickly.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
