Job Description:

The Role: We are looking for a Senior Systems Support Analyst based in Salt Lake City, Utah and will provide customer support and project management regarding technical issues and projects aligned to the XTRAC Suite of applications. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for deployment, monitoring, testing, and troubleshooting of customer environments.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelors’ Degree in a technical subject area or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating environment required.
  • 4+ years previous customer support experience required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Your ability to seek and resolve difficult, technical problems is required.
  • A passion to work in a collaborative environment is a must.
  • You will need to bring proven project management skills.
  • Client/Server Application Support a plus.
  • 1+ years’ experience writing Oracle SQL queries
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools required.
  • Application Administration or support experience preferred.
  • Linux systems administration experience is a plus
  • You will serve as single point of contact for our customers
  • You will Investigate and seek resolutions to incidents raised by customers
  • You will assist XTRAC Application Administrators with workflow related questions, requests, and issues
  • You will provide project planning and management
  • You will Produce weekly status reports as well as provide business context analysis of feature improvements
  • You will collect and detail end-user requirements
  • You will be encouraged to represent the customer when crafting new software features
  • You will participate in an on-call rotation and provide 24x7 support
