Account Management Job Duties:
Inbound/outbound calls
Manage and maintain active retailer accounts
o Updating account information
o Marketing material requests
o Monitor and improve retailer growth
Work directly with outside regional sales managers to increase sales.
Ability to identify issues, conduct research, analyze data and propose solution.
Job Requirements:
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required
Excellent phone etiquette
Basic mathematical knowledge
Ability to perform efficiently and friendly in a fast-paced environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel
