Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an E-Business Provisioning Analyst for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients in Salt Lake City, UT. The E-Business Support team is seeking a Provisioning Analyst. Delivering the very best service to our clients is what drives our business. E-Business Support client support representatives are the primary contact for enabling/technical provisioning access/entitlements for external clients. Responsibilities :
- Provisioning for Electronic Trading proprietary and consortium applications
- Provisioning for Institutional Portal research and analytics
- Coordinate seamless client coverage between regions
- Escalate problems to Technology groups and the business managers as required
- Day-to-day technical support, risk management, and access and entitlements provisioning for various client web platforms and desktop applications
- Contribute to new e-Business initiatives, new Et product provisioning
- Identify automation opportunities and facilitate
- Run reports, monitor client provisioning activities and platform downloads, ebiz backlogs and work on solutions.
- 1 Year plus of experience in the tech support environment
- High School Diploma required
- Willingness to work in Shifts (24/7 environment)
- Excellent communication skills required (Concise and clear orally and in writing)
- Highly motivated self-starter and a fast learner
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail
- Strong client service orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to react quickly to client needs and deal with difficult customers effectively
- Broad financial industry knowledge and experience preferred
