Call Evelyn- ()/ Job Description Under close supervision, the Quality Specialist I perform limited or routine sampling of raw materials and drug products.Perform sampling in accordance to SOPs and cGMPs.Conduct routine analysis of raw materials packaging components and dimensions testing.Maintain appropriate documentation of records, lab notebooks, and electronic lab recording software as required by SOPs.Receive and control lab samples, supplies, and chemicals.Ensure project deadlines and performance standards are established and met.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.Completing documentation as required.The responsibility of reviewing vendor documentation against material specification and confirming that all material supply-chain and their locations match material specification.Completing all training requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with all assignments.Perform other duties as assigned.Maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience operating computers required.Experience with basic mathematical computations. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Incumbents in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, lifting materials weighing up to 50 pounds, vision to monitor and moderate to loud noise levels. Incumbents may be exposed to or work with toxic materials, toxic gases, electrical hazards, dangerous tools and equipment. Work is performed in laboratory environments.Vacancy expired!
