- Provide on-site and remote video conference support for internal and external audiences.
- Physically and remotely troubleshoot video conference rooms and the deployed technology inside the buildout.
- Produce and provide VC Ops service to users of the SLC Aud.
- Partner with external vendors to provide event services and maintenance in the SLC Aud.
- Deliver world-class customer service to all business partners.
- Actively monitor multiple dashboards and monitoring systems for deployed ecosystem.
- Manage the VC Ops inbox and calendar along with the global team.
- Manage the ticketing system and enter information into the event calendar properly.
- Use critical thinking skills to diagnose, resolve and communicate difficult technical issues.
- Respond and manage assigned work order and incident tickets in the system and complete under the designated Time To Resolution, TTR.
- Partner with employees across the company to accomplish tasks in a timely and responsible manner.
- 1-3 years of work experience in enterprise video or related industry sectors.
- Knowledge of enterprise video conferencing and large event spaces.
- Knowledge of large-format video conference rooms, auditoriums and the equipment deployed in those spaces.
- Experience with Zoom, Polycom and Extron platforms and technology.
- Knowledge of live video switching, I/O, Video and Audio systems.
- Knowledge of video editing such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier and Camtasia.
- Knowledge of Samsung and NEC commercial grade equipment a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, and participating in working meetings
- The ability to execute problem-framing, problem-solving and project management skills.
- Must join and participate in daily team meetings.
