BENEFITS: Medical, Vision, Dental Benefits after 2 months, 401k after 6 months.Open to s and Holders OnlyW2 ONLYJob Description:Desktop and Peripheral Service TechnicianAs an Service Technician you will play a vital role in providing quick efficient distribution of equipment in a global enterprise company.While working on our company depot you will be responsible for the delivery of various technical equipment and maintaining inventory.We need someone who can:- Perform daily receiving of inbound shipments
- Prep end users requests upon arrival
- Conduct equipment inventory control
- Ability to understand various types of cables/connectors in support desktops and monitors
- Assign product into the proper location within the storage areas.
- Load and move pallets containing desktops, monitors and etc equipment
- Prep equipment orders for shipment (single, multiple of full pallets)
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Have keen attention to detail - making sure shipments are accurate
- Scan inbound/outbound items for tracking
- High school diploma or GED
- Able and willing to lift up to 50 pounds and load and move pallets containing equipment
- Able and willing to utilize a pallet jack
- Experience with basic computer skills such as Word and Excel to use systems used for tracking, recording, etc orders, shipments, receipts
- Willing and able to manage cleaning/sanitation staging area for inbound equipment
- Basic to moderate computer technical skills
- Scanning capabilities
- Experience in working with vendors and delivery professionals
- Equipment inventory
