Sr. Scrum Master Salt Lake City, UT Direct Hire Pay Range: $120K - $140K + Bonus Job Description: Our client, a leading supplier of out-of-band solutions for IT infrastructure hardware devices, are growing their product line and with that looking for a strong Sr. Scrum Master that will join a team of embedded software engineers delivering features for their next BIG product. In addition to strong Scrum Master skills it is highly preferred that we find a person with a background in Javascript user interface development to both advise and assist the team on user interface design and development of these new hardware products. Required Skills:- 3+ years of recent commercial Scrum Master experience & certification
- 2+ years of commercial experience in front-end development with Javascript
- Absolutely must have user interface development project experience
- Experience working with and around embedded software engineers
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams (international preferred)
- Experience guiding teams through their Agile journey
- Experience with networking technologies
- Experience with EmberJS
