Job Description
As a Digital Production Designer on our Creative team, you will be instrumental in putting the finishing touches on all digital campaigns. You have a keen eye for details, solid design skills, understanding of digital best practices, and are a collaborative team player.
You Will:
- Support the Creative and cross-functional teams in executing campaigns across digital channels including .com, email, and beyond.
- Assist with multiple stages of production from creating mock-ups, selecting images, gathering approvals from stakeholders, coordinating translations, and delivering final assets.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining new templates for systematic design and efficiency.
- Keep an eye on the details and QA work to make sure deliverables are polished and ready for implementation.
- Assist in the creation of interactive graphics (gifs and video) for use in digital campaigns.
- Be an advocate for the design system in your work and contribute new ideas on how to scale it across digital channels.
- Partner closely with other team members (designers, copywriters, developers, marketers, and project managers) to ensure work is completed on time and to brief.
Qualifications
You Have:
- 2+ years creative design experience with a focus on digital (.com + email)
- Figma experience
- Expertise with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to be a team player and pitch in where you’re needed
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated in finding solutions
