This position mostly involves mowing & edging lawns. There will be occasional weeding, bush trimming, and other yard maintenance type work. This person will do a lot of walking. Roughly 10-15 miles per day behind a mower, or using a trimmer. It's great exercise, but it's not for the physically or mentally weak.
Required
1. Driver license with reliable transportation.
2. A person who will do what it takes to show up every day Monday-Friday (Usually 7:30am). That means if your car breaks down you get a ride. If you can't find a ride you get an uber or taxi. Your job is to show up.
3. You're not afraid to work in 90 degree weather for 7-10 hours per day.

This job is seasonal. March 15-November 15 (9ish months) we stay pretty busy and work 30-50 hours per week. November 15-March 15 we have no work.
We pay largely based on your speed. We feel if someone is worth hiring they're worth at least $14 per hour. Being quick, having a pesticide license, experience trimming/pruning plants, and being good with sprinkler repairs play a part in higher pay.
