Global Vinyl Solutions is in need of an efficient, organized, computer savvy office manager to oversee the daily operations at our company headquarters. As a small business, the office manager keeps track of all shipments, AP/AR, order entry, book keeping, inventory and other details that keep things running smoothly. A knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, and Outlook, a must. Office experience is required but we can train on the specifics of our organization. Self motivation is important as is the ability to know what needs to be done and complete daily tasks as the office manager is, at times, the only person in the office.
