MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. 3-5yrs Experience in General Construction, Installation/Finish work, Framing.
b. Metal work, Welding, Framer a plus
c. Must be experienced in power tools, good with detail measurement, easily comprehends build/installation drawings and possess ability to provide technical direction to other installers
d. Must have exceptional on-time and limited absence record.
e. Demeanor and communication is Professional, as this is a Customer facing position, Hard Working, Organized, efficient at motivating the team.
GENERAL DUTIES
- Leads installation of Patio Rooms, Awnings, Outdoor Kitchens, Fire Features, Retractable Shades, and General Construction Work.
- Verification of Material against Orders, Unloading/Loading Construction Materials at Warehouse and Job Sites.
- Efficiently uses hand and power tools (drills, power saws, jackhammers, aluminum snips, multi-measurement and leveling, squares, general building/construction tools, mixers, etc).
- Performs detail measurements as it relates to custom installations, able to follow blueprints and technical instruction from architect/designer/project manager/construction manager.
- Technically responsible for the build and leads the build team to meet specs, workmanship quality, and build schedule.
- Misc work may be assigned in support of other construction/company projects.
- Experienced in finish work a plus.
