MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
a. 5+yrs Experience in General Construction, Installation/Finish work, Framing.
b. Metal work, Welding, Stucco, Cement experience is a plus.
c. Must be experienced in power tools, good with detail measurement, easily comprehends build/installation direction.
d. Must have exceptional on-time and limited absence record.
e. Demeanor is Professional, Hard Working, Organized, Works well with Team
GENERAL DUTIES
- Installation of Patio Rooms, Awnings, Outdoor Kitchens, Fire Features, Retractable Shades, and General Construction Work.
- Verification of Material against Orders, Assure Unloading/Loading of Construction Materials from Warehouse and correct material is gathered for Job Sites.
- Use of hand and power tools (drills, power saws, jackhammers, aluminum snips, multi-measurement and leveling, squares, general building/construction tools, mixers, etc).
- Perform detail layout and measurements as it relates to custom installations, follow blueprints and provide technical instruction to installers on projects
- Responsible for technical and quality delivery of projects
- Misc work may be assigned in support of other construction/company projects.
- Trade Experience (metal work, framing, general construction, new homes, remodels)
