Up an additional .10 CPM over 10k per month (and we have the business to run you as hard as you want). With good fuel and idle another 2 CPM on all miles. Plus all the picks, drops, layovers, etc. We pay 100% for your Medical, Dental and Vision and put 3% toward your retirement in a 401(k)! WHY? Because we think it is fair. AND we want a long-term relationship. We respect our drivers and it shows in our turnover rates!
